Our Story

AMAR Olive Farm is situated on 620 acres, just outside the picturesque town of Montagu, Western Cape, South Africa. Nestled quietly between the beautiful Ouberg pass and Langeberg; lies a valley containing over 8,500 lovingly cared for Frantoio, Mission and Coratina olive cultivars. The Keen Family are driven by passion and dedication to produce the highest quality, cold pressed olive oil for you to enjoy.

Our recipe for excellence lies in our determination to organically cultivate our olive trees with green sustainable methods to ensure the following:

  • Our olives are early - single cultivar - hand harvested. This produces an intense peppery flavor.

  • We cold press within 15 hours of harvest.

Our farm operates entirely on “Green Energy” - relying solely on solar energy and aquifer irrigation. 

Sustainable farming methods ensures a quality product while simultaneously caring for our land.
